BEFORE YOU BEGIN
A few gentle notes to guide your experience.
USING YOUR CANDLE
The Burn
A candle isn’t just lit — it’s given time.
How long should I burn my candle for?
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn. After that, burn for 2–4 hours at a time.
Why is my candle tunnelling?
This happens when it isn’t burned long enough the first time. Let the wax reach the edges to reset it.
How do I keep the flame clean?
Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn.
USING YOUR WAX MELTS
The Melt
A softer way to fill your space.
How long do wax melts last?
Each melt gives around 6–12 hours of fragrance, depending on your burner and room.
Can I reuse a wax melt?
Yes. Once the scent fades, simply replace with a new one.
THE TOOLS
Simple additions that elevate the experience.
Do I need a wick trimmer?
It helps keep your burn clean and even.
What does a snuffer do?
It gently extinguishes the flame without smoke.
SAFETY & CARE
Small habits that make all the difference.
Are your products safe for pets and children?
Yes — but always keep out of reach and never leave unattended.
Where should I place my candle?
Always burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts.
How long should I burn my candle at once?
No more than 4 hours at a time to ensure a safe, even burn.
