Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Once cancellation has been confirmed, items must be returned in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on candles, wax melts, or accessories that have been used, opened, burned, or damaged after delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. They must be returned in a resaleable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for refund.
Returning an Item
Before returning any item, please contact us to confirm the return and receive further instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and any visible damage. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible for return) and place a new order.
